From Sample to Bulk: How a Custom Apparel Order Works (MOQ, Timeline & Shipping)

Ordering custom apparel is straightforward once you know the steps. Here is how a typical order moves from first enquiry to delivered goods, with the timelines and minimums to plan around.

Share your product, target fabric/GSM, decoration, colours and quantity. We reply with a quote, recommended construction and a realistic timeline. Minimums start at just 50 pieces per style per colour.

We turn your idea (or your tech pack) into a pre-production sample so you can approve fabric, fit, colour and decoration before committing to bulk. Samples typically take 7–10 days.

You review the sample and request any changes. Sign-off on the final sample locks the specification for production. Sample fees are often credited back against a bulk order.

Once approved, your order runs through knitting/cutting, sewing, decoration and finishing. Bulk production usually takes 15–25 days depending on quantity and complexity.

Every order is inspected inline and at final stage — measurements, stitching, print/embroidery and wash tests — so what ships matches what you approved.

Choose the speed that fits: DHL/FedEx to your door in about 3–7 days, air freight in about 10–15 days, or sea freight for the best rate on large orders. We handle export documentation.
